MedLegal Services

We offer objective, physician-led support for every phase of your case.

Expert Testimony

We provide clear, objective testimony in personal injury cases involving spinal trauma, chronic pain, TBI, CRPS, and long-term impairment. With experience in hundreds of trials and depositions, our board-certified physician delivers opinions that are grounded in active clinical practice and structured for litigation.

Whether retained for plaintiff or defense, we focus on clarity, credibility, and supportable conclusions that hold up under cross-examination.

Life Care Plans

We develop physician-authored life care plans for individuals with long-term or permanent injury. Each plan outlines future medical needs based on clinical evidence, functional status, and realistic treatment projections.

Plans are tailored to the specific injuries at issue and prepared for use in settlement, mediation, or trial. Our physician draws on direct experience in rehabilitation medicine to ensure every recommendation is medically justified and legally defensible.

Medical Record Reviews

We provide detailed medical record reviews to support case development, expert rebuttals, and early evaluation. We examine the full course of care, identifying key findings, omissions, and patterns that affect diagnosis, causation, and long-term prognosis.

Reports are written with a clear focus on what’s medically relevant to the claim. We assess consistency of care, alignment with clinical standards, and potential areas of dispute. Whether used for internal review or included in discovery, each report is structured to assist attorneys in making informed legal decisions.

All reviews are completed by a board-certified physician with active clinical experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation.

Independent Medical Exams

We conduct IMEs for attorneys seeking objective evaluation of injury, causation, treatment, and functional status. Exams are performed by a board-certified physician with ongoing clinical experience in pain management and rehabilitation.

Each IME includes a physical examination, review of records, and a detailed narrative report. Findings are supported by current standards of care and clearly address the questions at issue in litigation. Testimony is available upon request.

Our IMEs are appropriate for both plaintiff and defense counsel and are scheduled promptly to meet case deadlines.
